Table 1 shows the reaction rate (mol/s) of three enzymes at four temperatures.

Temperature (°C) | Enzyme A | Enzyme B | Enzyme C
10°C             |    0.2    |    0.4    |    0.1
20°C             |    0.6    |    0.9    |    0.5
30°C             |    1.1    |    1.4    |    0.8
40°C             |    0.7    |    1.1    |    0.3

According to Table 1, which enzyme had the highest reaction rate at 20°C?

Your study path

How it works

From zero to test-ready in 4 steps. Most students hit their goal in 6–10 weeks.

Identify your weaknesses

Take a short diagnostic drill in each section. See exactly which topics are costing you the most points.

Learn the skill

Each lesson teaches the rule, shows worked examples with trap patterns, and gives you strategy steps.

Drill with feedback

Practice questions with immediate explanations. Every wrong answer shows you exactly which trap you fell into.

Take a full mock test

Simulate real test conditions. See your composite score, section scores, and section-by-section weakness map.

Frequently asked questions

Yes — 100% free. No account required to start, no credit card, no paywall. Every lesson, every question, every mock test.

Four sections: English (grammar, punctuation, rhetorical skills), Math (pre-algebra through trigonometry), Reading (long passage comprehension), and Science (data interpretation). Your composite score (1–36) is the average of all four section scores, so each section counts equally.

The ACT has a Science section the SAT does not. ACT is linear (not adaptive), has 5 answer choices in Math, and is generally more time-pressured. Both are accepted equally by all US colleges.

No — this is the most important thing to understand. ACT Science is a data-reading test, not a science knowledge test. Every answer is in the passage. You are reading graphs and tables, not recalling biology or chemistry facts.

6–10 weeks at 30 minutes/day is a reliable baseline. Students starting below a 20 benefit from 10–12 weeks. The Science and English sections respond fastest to targeted prep.
